Colleges and universities are faced with the implementation of the education reform and teaching, which is used to cultivate the talents who can adapt to the social needs in modern information age. It is an inevitable trend to organize blended learning which can impel teachers and students changing their roles and the ways of teaching and learning.At the same time,Large qualities of digital learning resources, such as the national excellent course?MOOCS and Micro lesson have emerged in the continuous development of information society, which lays a solid foundation for organizing the advantages of blended learning between face to face learning and online learning.This study summarizes the definitions and the organizational strategies of blended learning. Besides, the article also studies the application of learning styles in the classroom teaching and the network education. On the basis of these researches, this essay is going to construct an organization model of blended learning, and analyze the possibilities of organization blended learning from the perspective of learners' learning style differences. And according to the model of the Felder-Silverman learning style formed the initially organizational strategies of blended learning based on the differences of learning style.Meanwhile, taking the curriculum Design and Implementation of Training Projectsas an example, the author uses action research to design and organize the corresponding design style and action style task to carry out empirical research which is based on blending learning model from this study and organization strategy that is initially formed on the basis of learning style differences. By analyzing students' learning process and the results of the task to revise and improve the organizational strategy, the article finally from dimensions of the design of learning resources, learning support, the action task types, etc. To form a practical blended learning style's organization strategies of basing on learning style differences, including to provide rich learning resources for feeling and intuitive type students, and to provide learning resources with more methods for visual and speech type students, and to provide personalized Learning tools and learning support etc. For those active and contemplative learners and sequence and comprehensive type learners.The research shows that when organizing the blending learning, we should take the differences of learners' learning style into account and offer the proper study resources as well as study support which can improve learner's learning interest and effect.
