With the promulgation of education development documents,such as the new curriculum reform,education mid-term and long-term planning,the education industry has received more and more attention in recent years.The relationship between students and teachers is also changing,teachers are no longer the existence of authority,but more emphasis on improving their own literacy.From the distribution of packages to open recruitment,the way of recruiting new people continues to improve,and the treatment and status of teachers are constantly being improved.This is also the driving force for continuous improvement of the recruitment methods.This article sorts out related literature,states the human resource recruitment evaluation theory(including the personnel evaluation theory and competency model),and analyzes the constituent elements of high school teachers' core competencies(combined with the students' core competencies,the vision of the times,and the teachers' cognition)to construct high school teacher core competencies model.At the same time,the high school teacher recruitment announcements were analyzed throughout Ningbo,and questionnaires and interviews were conducted with teachers from a number of senior high schools to find out the status of high school teacher recruitment and analyze the constraints of high school teacher recruitment.Then,in conjunction with the core competencies of the teachers considered by senior school leaders,a high school teacher recruitment system based on the core competencies of high school teachers was initially established for all aspects of the recruitment system(including the initial,retest,and recruitment processes).Finally,a series of solutions are proposed to solve the real problems in high school teacher recruitment.The main content of the full text is divided into five parts.The first part mainly sorts out the structure of teacher recruitment development and core competencies by sorting out the literature.The second part is about construct theory.Specifically: recruitment evaluation theory(including personnel assessment theory and competency model),high school teacher core competencies analysis(including the high school teacher occupation specificity and high school teacher core competencies components)and the construction of high school teacher core literacy model,etc.The third part is mainly about a survey of the current status of recruiting for high school teachers and an analysis of the constraints of high school teacher recruitment.The fourth part is introducing the teacher's core competencies into the recruiting process,and combining with the teacher's core competencies that senior school leaders value,initially constructed a high school teacher recruitment system based on the core competencies of high school teachers.The fifth part proposes a series of solutions to the real problems in high school teacher recruitment.
