Folk art is a cultural phenomenon inherited from the history of a country and a nation.It is a special category of art classification and an important part of national culture.It is of great practical significance to the development of our country's economy and culture.However,compared with the current situation of rapid economic development,folk art has not yet achieved comprehensive and effective protection and management measures,resulting in the lag in the excavation,organization,and protection of folk art.With the development of modern industrialization,the continuous transformation of production methods and economy and the constant exchange and integration of culture have severely reduced the living space of folk arts,resulting in the loss of the inheritors of folk arts;and the serious influence of the introduction of Western arts.From the angle of aesthetics and appreciation of the public,folk arts gradually declined and retreated to the edge of art and life.Folk arts,as a national treasure of national art and culture,is an important part of traditional culture,and it is also one of the sources of national,local and school art curriculum resources development.In recent years,folk art has attracted the attention of the state and society and has formulated a series of policies and measures to restrain and guide the inheritance and development of folk art.In order to allow young people to better protect,pass on,and develop folk art through basic education,the Ministry of Education has formulated regulations on the implementation of folk art teaching in basic education.Such as the new "course of standards" to the folk art as an important content of art education in primary and secondary schools,aesthetic education and traditional culture education,inspire students' thinking,enhance national awareness,etc.,have a very important significance for the overall development of students.Dali Bai folk art has a long history and rich connotation.Its unique shape,showing a pristine and pure natural beauty,has a high aesthetic value and sociological significance.It has been included in the list of provincial intangible cultural heritage.So let the Heqing watts cat enter the middle school art class,construct an open,accommodating art course,realize the protection and inheritance of the folk art and the development goal of the local curriculum resources,broaden the students' aesthetic quality,feel represented by the Heqing watts cat.The beauty of the art of folk art allows students to understand the important value of the Dali Bai folk art and allow the Bai folk art to be better protected,inherited and developed.It is based on the above ideas that this article aims at Heqing watts cats,starting from several aspects such as cultural connotation,artistic value and educationalsignificance,reveals the value of Dali Bai folk art in middle school art education,and analyzes and discusses the implementation methods and paths.From the macro point of view put forward a strategic solution.
