With the new curriculum reform and quality education are mentioned high status,the traditional emphasis on exam-oriented education, junior high school biology teaching is not in conformity with the requirements of new curriculum concept, this requires that the junior high school biology teachers to change the old teaching ideas,thus meeting the needs of new curriculum reform.Main purpose of this paper is to build "four cycle teaching model" theory in the junior high school biology teaching, so as to guide the independent explore sexual activity, so as to explore the way out of the junior high school biology teaching.This thesis between theoretically to practically.in theory, has been clear about the "four cycle teaching model" and the concept of the independent inquiry learning, and puts forward pedagogy to psychology, Teachers under the application of "four cycle teaching mode" autonomous inquiry-based learning effect, and the comparison of ordinary teaching middle school students' autonomous learning ability, to probe the research methods.In the research, the experimental group and control group using large request for testing and questionnaire to test before and after the test, compare differences;Considering large request for test scores, to explore the factors on the process performance and results show three aspects the experimental group members to make a final evaluation.Research results show that the experimental group students in disciplines, the application of "four cycle teaching mode", the independent inquiry learning ability of recognition and development all have varying degrees of increase. "Four cycle teaching mode" this shows that the application of inquiry-based learning is feasible, and also hope that this research can offer reference for other teachers and researchers.
