At present,the international ideological and cultural struggles are profoundly complicated,the social trend of thought is diversified and the trend of complication becomes more obvious.The task of universities in resisting and preventing infiltration by hostile forces is even more arduous.As the main front for ideological and political education of the young generation,colleges and universities are an important pillar for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream for the Chinese nation.The realization of the Chinese dream needs to build a young generation with a strong ideology,a reliable political sense,an innovative spirit,a spirit of being mentored and a sense of family.This requires that we strengthen the management of ideological and political education for college students.As an important part of colleges and universities,private colleges and universities,the level of ideological and political education management,has a direct impact on the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities throughout the country.Therefore,we must constantly improve the management level of ideological and political education in private universities and promote the function of ideological and political education in private universities.This paper takes Quanzhou private college students' ideological and political education management as the research object,taking the Fujian Normal University Minnan Science and Technology Institute as the case,through the use of demand level theory,system management theory,using literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative study and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political education management of Fujian Normal University Minnan University of Science and Technology,and puts forward the existing problems in the management subject,the management object,the management mode,the management result and the management process of the ideological and political education management of Fujian Normal University Minnan Science and Technology Institute,analyze the cause of the problem.At the same time,drawing lessons from the useful experience of ideological and political education in other local colleges and universities,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the management of students' ideological and political education in private colleges and universities in Quanzhou: establish scientific management concept,perfect management system,improve management system,innovate management mode,construction management Team,the implementation of scientific assessment.
