Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education Of Private College Students In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the ideological and political education of college students has received unprecedented attention and attention.The Party and the country have also successively issued many guiding and targeted policy documents in order to provide scientific and theoretical guidance for the ideological and political education of college students.The ideological and political education of students in private colleges and universities also occupies an important position in the research field of ideological and political education of college students.It not only reflects the general laws of ideological and political education of students,but also has its own regularity and particularity.In the new era and new journey,private colleges and universities,as an important supplement to the development of China’s higher education,also shoulder the heavy responsibility of educating people for the Party and the country.In this regard,private colleges and universities should attach great importance to the ideological and political work of students,continuously strengthen the ideological and political education of students,and better implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this article discusses the existing problems and development countermeasures of ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities in the new era.At the same time,through the comparison between private colleges and public colleges,this paper analyzes and summarizes the differences between the ideological and political education of students in private colleges and public colleges in terms of school running mode,management system,training objectives,and educational objects,in order to improve the pertinence of the research content in this article.Secondly,it systematically expounds the current situation of ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities,and focuses on analyzing the existing problems.On the one hand,after decades of development and improvement,ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities has made obvious achievements in party building,ideological and political theory course construction,student education management,and the creation of the second classroom.On the other hand,private colleges and universities still have some problems in the process of students’ ideological and political education due to their unique educational model and management system,such as: the construction of the teaching team needs to be strengthened,the quality of education objects is relatively weak,ideological and political theory courses need to be optimized,and the internal and external education environm。。ent needs to be improved,These problems have a direct impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education for students in private colleges and universities.Finally,based on the specific characteristics of private colleges and universities,this paper proposes countermeasures to strengthen students’ ideological and political education in the new era.First,strengthen the construction of Party organizations in private universities;Second,pay attention to the construction of ideological and political teachers in private universities;Third,comprehensively strengthen the quality education of students in private colleges and universities;Fourth,play the role of the main channel of ideological and political theory courses;Fifth,improve the ideological and political education environment in private colleges and universities.In the new era,only by continuously strengthening the ideological and political education of students can private colleges and universities better implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and cultivate new talents of the era who meet the development requirements of the Party and the country.
