How to speed up the balanced development of education and vigorously promote education equality is a topic of enthusiasm for the people today.To achieve balanced development of education,first of all need adequate educational resources.However,due to the difference in the level of regional economic development,the current allocation of educational resources in China is still in an unbalanced situation.Therefore,the goal of achieving balanced development of education is still a long way to go.Therefore,in order to accelerate the balanced development of education,balanced allocation of educational resources is a top priority.As a core power of educational resources,teacher resources play a major role in achieving balanced development of education.That is,the promotion of balanced development of teacher resources is a key point for achieving balanced education.Therefore,research on the allocation of teacher resources is of practical significance.Due to the regional disparity of educational resources in China,to achieve a balanced development of education in the country,we must first meet the balanced allocation of educational resources within the county.Satisfying the balanced allocation of teacher resources at the county level has the potential to further accelerate the balanced allocation of teacher resources at the municipal,provincial and even national levels.Therefore,this article has conducted detailed field research on T County.This article mainly focuses on the resource allocation of primary school teachers in the county.Taking 32 primary schools in T County as an example,this paper mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey and interview methods.Firstly,the problem of teacher resource allocation is analyzed based on the research background,significance,related concepts,the theory of educational equity and the theory of balanced education development.Secondly,according to the principle of systematicity,principle of testability,principle of relevance,and the principle of combining absolute and relative indicators,data measurement methods such as mean,range,standard deviation,dispersion coefficient,and Gini coefficient are applied to student-teacher ratio and substitute education.Percentage of teachers,ratio of highly educated teachers,proportion of teachers with higher professional titles,proportion of key teachers,average training frequency,professional counterparts,percentage of female teachers,proportion of middle-aged and young teachers,used to measure teacher resource allocation The secondary indicators are analyzed.Further analysis of the data results shows that there are problems in the distribution of teacher resources in T County,such as quantity and quality.Through the analysis of the data and the analysis of the content of the interviews with teachers and principals,the primary school teachers' resources balance will be discussed in terms of urban-rural dual policies,teacher treatment,labeling of “key schools”,teacher preparation,teacher exchange,and private schools.Finally,based on the current situation,problems and influencing factors of unbalanced allocation of primary school teachers' resources in T County,the following suggestions are made from the following aspects: increase government investment,increase the number of teachers,and improve the quality of teachers;improve the treatment of rural teachers and lay a foundation for the balanced distribution of teachers.Material basis;strengthening the construction of weak schools and rural schools;narrowing the gap in the conditions for running schools between rural and urban areas;accelerating the training of teachers;enhancing the life support of teachers in special posts;optimizing teachers' training content based on teachers' actual needs;and promoting rational exchanges between urban and rural teachers.mechanism.
