Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Junior High School Students’ Anti Sexual Invasion Education

Although the education circle in China attaches great importance to the development of physical and mental health of junior middle school students,the education of sexually invading students in junior high schools is easily overlooked in the educational environment of China.This has led to the late start of junior high school students’ sexual invasive education and its slow development.The legal protection of junior high school students in China is reflected in the “Law for the Protection of Minors”,the “Criminal Law” and other legal provisions,but its protection is mainly the warning,deterrence before the occurrence of sexual assaults,and subsequent punishment of sexual offenders.Some social organizations in China are also concerned about the prevention of sex education against minors,but their concern is rarely related to junior high school students.There are many cases of sexual assaults on junior high school students,which severely jeopardize the physical and mental health of junior high school students,and cause serious problems.Therefore,this paper focuses on the status quo and countermeasures of junior high school students’ sex-prevention education.Under the premise of in-depth understanding of the status quo of junior high school students’ sex-prevention education and the actual needs of junior high school students,it constructs the campus system of junior high school students’ sex-prevention education from the perspective of pedagogy.The system is centered on the prevention of sexual invasive education in schools which focuses on the goals,principles,forms,contents and methods of junior high school students’ sexual and sexual invasive education.Family and social anti-sexual invasive education is one of the subsidiary systems of the junior high school student system for preventing sexual intrusion education.It mainly studies the contents and methods of family education against sexual assault and builds a good social fashion.Legal protection is the secondary system of the junior high school student’s system of preventing sexual intrusion education.It mainly studies the related legal provisions for the protection of junior high school students in China,punishes offenders severely by law,and strengthens the supervision of criminals and raisesawareness of the rule of law of junior high school students.The protection system against sexual assault victims serves as the third subsidiary system of the junior high school student’s system for the prevention of sexual assault education.It mainly studies how to protect the privacy of junior high school students,and provide different helps like psychotherapy for victims.
