Literacy and writing teaching is the focus of low level teaching in primary schools.It plays an important foundation role in reading and writing.Its teaching effect will directly affect the effectiveness of Chinese learning in the whole compulsory education stage.The construction and application of language is an important part of the core literacy of Chinese discipline,and the core literacy of Chinese subject raised by high school language curriculum is an important concept from primary school to high school,and it plays a guiding role in Chinese teaching.Therefore,from the perspective of "language construction and application",it is of certain significance to study the literacy and writing teaching in the low grade of primary school.This paper focuses on the problem of literacy and writing teaching in the low level of primary school.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are three chapters in the full text.The introduction mainly deals with the background and significance of the research,the review of domestic research,the definition of related concepts,the methods of research and the content of the research.The first chapter is an overview of language construction and application and the teaching of literacy and writing in the low level of primary school.It is mainly divided into three sections.The first section discusses the connotation of language construction and application and the important position;the second section mainly discusses the relationship between the two,namely the establishment and use of language is the primary goal of lower primary school literacy,literacy and language is an important way for students to construct and use the lower grades in primary school.The third section,in combination with the "compulsory education language curriculum standard"(2011 Edition),puts forward the corresponding teaching objectives and principles.The second chapter is the research of the present situation.Through the literature and case study found that primary school low literacy has the following several points:lack of teaching writing teaching aims to cultivate students' language competenceconsciousness;teaching process ignored learning effect is poor;the lack of scientific teaching methods and coordination;the teaching result is not high.So we can see that most of the literacy teaching is not very ambitious,and the curriculum goals and curriculum orientation are not clear.Therefore,it is necessary and important to examine the teaching of literacy in elementary schools from the perspective of language construction and application.The third chapter is the research of strategy,which is the key chapter of the thesis.It is on the basis of the one or two chapter,according to Professor Wang Ning of the interpretation and application of the connotation of language construction,combined with the specific situation of low grade primary school students,from the accumulation and integration with the language,language and context(scenarios)communicate with the three aspects of literacy teaching put forward to cultivate the sense of language words,accumulation strategy the word language fusion integration strategy,optimization strategy of writing literacy in the situation,to cultivate students' language ability.In a word,in the perspective of language construction and application,the low level literacy and writing teaching of primary schools should pay attention to the cultivation of students' language ability.
