| Facing the dual challenges of information technology and globalization, education is experiencing unprecedented impact. In order to cultivate capable and outstanding faculty that lead education reform, the reform of normal education mode is imperative. The course of Modern Educational Technology is required to enhance the normal students’ teaching ability of information technology and lay a good foundation for professional development. The author discusses the potentials of micro-video resources and flipped classroom to improve the effectiveness of resources for experimental teaching of Modern Educational Technology and facilitate learning, and build a model of flip-experimental teaching based on micro-video resources. In addition, we probed the steps of making micro-video resources, constructed a number of micro-video resources and examined the effect of its application.To test the effectiveness of flipped classroom based on micro-video resources and summarize the experience to implement, in practice of basic pilot project that digital images editing and integrated design experiment project that digital video and audio capturing and editing, we investigated the learners’ attitude of using micro-video resources and comprised with academic performance in traditional classroom, found that the flipped classroom based on micro-video resources was effective and some problems were solved.Through teaching observation and in-depth analysis of learners’ reflection in blog, the author found that there are still many problems in flipped classroom, for example, learners’ motivation is not high, the number of learners is excessive and it is difficult to control the classroom. Flipped classroom weakens the dominant role of the teacher but enhance the recessive role, it not only requires teachers to have higher information skills and capability to control classroom but also requires learners to change the traditional concept of learning and improve self-learning ability.There are many deficiencies in this paper, for example, it does not research the relations among delivered form and utilization of micro-video resources and effective instructional strategies in the learning process before class and strategies to stimulate learners’ learning motivation. In addition, this paper only researched the effect of learning in basic pilot project and integrated design experiment project, it needs further study and research its effectiveness in innovative pilot project. |
