In this study,career women were selected as research objects.The Work-Family Enrichment Questionnaire was used to explore the development of work-family enrichment of career women.In order to enrich the theoretical research about the work-family enrichment,this paper also explore the relationship between work-family enrichment,coping style and subjective well-being.It would provide scientific evidence for career women to enhance the relationship between work and family.We obtained result as follows:First, the Work-Family Enrichment Questionnaire can be divided into two scales which are named Work-to-Family Enrichment Scale and Family-to-Work Enrichment Scale,At the same time,The Work-to-Family Enrichment Scale, a total of10entries, has three factors:material resources,professional quality and interpersonal resources; The Family-to-Work Enrichment Scale, a total of12entries, has three factors:physical and mental health,interpersonal resources and sense of responsibility, After examination, this questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Second, the Work-to-Family-Enrichment Scale has obvious differences among age,marriage,career,years of working,education background,while the differences are not obvious as regard to income and city or not; the Family-to-Work Enrichment Scale has obvious differences among age, city or not, marriage, years of working, income, while the differences are not obvious as regard to education background.Third, there is an obvious positive correlation between work-family enrichment of career women and positive coping style, whats more, the work-to-family enrichment plays an important role in the prediction of positive coping style,so the family-to-work enrichment is.Fourth, there is an obvious negative correlation between work-family enrichment of career women and negative coping style, whats more, the work-to-family enrichment plays an important role in the prediction of negative coping style,so the family-to-work enrichment is.Fifth, there is an obvious positive correlation between work-family enrichment of career women and subjective well-being, whats more, the work-to-family enrichment plays an important role in the prediction of subjective well-being,so the family-to-work enrichment is.Sixth, there is an obvious positive correlation between positive coping style and subjective well-being, There is obvious negative correlation between negative coping style and subjective well-being, what is more, positive coping style plays an important role in the prediction of subjective well-being,so negative coping style is.Seventh, coping style as a mediator partly mediated the relationship between work-family enrichment and subjective well-being.
