Children are not only the future of our motherland but also an important resource for social sustainable development.The development of children is of great strategic significance to improve the quality of the nation and make our country strong in human resource.There are plenty of academic research and social practice showing that early investment in all aspects for the infant will bring great investment returns.These aspects include physical and psychological health,all kinds of knowledge and abilities,mode of thinking,especially EQ,IQ,and AQ,which is in relation to children lifelong development.National and local policies as well as the increasing attention of social and family level to education in early childhood have provided opportunities for the vigorous development of the early education industry.However,look at the overall market,the early education industry in China has exposed its disadvantages,such as"the early education organizations are numerous","teaching levels are uneven","unjustifiable charges","similar course","service cannot meet the needs of diversified and differentiated consumers","backward marketing concept" etc.These elements seriously limit the sustainable development of early education industry.On the other hand,convenient and inexpensive early education institutions established in kindergartens and communities,as well as the early education learning machine,CD,books,educational toys,educational apps pose threats to the development of early education centers.Therefore,in order to promote the development of early education in China,it is necessary to research the marketing strategies of early education centers.Look at the local market,the competition in the early education industry in Kunming is becoming more and more intense,but marketing is the weakness of A Early Education Center.There are problems that need to be solved,such as creating highlights and features,constructing the market competitive advantage,identifying market positioning,innovativing marketing concepts and strategies for sustainable development.In the first place,this paper chooses A Early Education Center as the research object,basing on the field investigation,literature search and case analysis.In the second place,the external macro environment and micro environment,opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of Kunming A Early Education Center have been analyed,researched and evaluated through the PEST analysis model and SWOT analysis model.Once more,in order to lay the foundation for the theory and practice development of Kunming A Early Education Center and provide useful advice and reference for the development of China's early education industry,STP theory and 4p theory have been used.
