Rural left-behind children are a special group of Chinese society in transition,and a more vulnerable group.In recent years,governments at all levels attach great importance to this social problem.The school is the main children’s lives and learning places.For this special group,their survival status,understanding and evaluation from school and teachers,all will affect their studies and their own future views.What teaching concept should schools take on course to face the “left-behind children” of this special group? Does school ignore this special group?,how to What kind of responsibility should schools bear when they are offering care to these students to develop their interests and in learning? School education should undertake more in the education of these students when they are lacking in family care so that they can feel the love from schools and teachers,and make them grow up healthily and happily as their peers.Schools should do more in educating this special group when treating it as the schooling responsibility.The research for school administrators is theoretical,practical and very important.In this paper,left-behind children from Fanjiazhuang Primary School of Tange Town of Wushan County are chosen as the research object,the author does this research depending on literature data as the theoretical basis,aiding on deep surveys,interviews and observational studies and choosing action research because research purpose is not to find the law,nor to build a theory,but to try to carry out an exploratory attempt in rural primary schools,which is undertaken within a relatively small range,focused on left-behind children in their school life and problems,and moreover the author continues to explore in action research,improvements to look forward to an effective solution problem,which can help them improve their living and learning,keep them healthy and happy in the period.For a front-line teacher,this method is more suitable for the study,more effective to the author.For a researcher and practical action research practitioners,research is work organically.Action research emphasizes reflection in practice;it constantly reflects adjustments with an aim to timely change and correct the practice throughout the entire course of the research,with an aim to reflect the reflection from practice,with an aim to practice reflection.Firstly,the work bases on the child education theories,and introduces the quo and conditions of left-behind children from Fanjiazhuang Primary School of Tange Town of Wushan County,especially the learning and living of these left-behind children.By encouraging school to concern these children and using education action strategies,we may promote left-behind children’s optimistic and positive attitude towards life and learning,and create a good academic performance for them ultimately,a more excellent psychological quality for them,what’s more,we can take into account a variety of factors which have been found in the specific school life,we can even expand a more further,detailed and comprehensive study.All these are included in classes education and caring education by means of information and ideas from typical school action research in order to form and develop a higher level of care studies education,furthermore to enable researchers to have a more scientific education,an outlook on school management,an outlook on ideal teachers and to provide a scientific curriculum concept in mind to face the “left-behind children” of this special group.This study not only hopes to achieve a breakthrough in theory,but also to focus specially on solving real problems.The work bases on the basis of existing research by focusing on more left-behind children and their school life,at the same time the work tries to result in new initiatives,to lead to new research results,help more teachers focus on left-behind children’s education,besides,the work can be easily used for practice-related education in the same school.
