The Research Of The Construction Of Caring Association For Left-girls In Rural Areas

This paper investigated the survival and development status of Ningming County Rivertown based on the left behind girls, analyses how to construct the rural left behind childrenwith long-term care system. Through the analysis of the survival and development of the rural left behind girl problems and its reasons, discusses the necessity of constructing thebasic train of thought and strategy of rural girls care mechanism and construct the ruralleft behind girl love mechanism. The whole thesis consists of introduction, text and conclusion three parts. The introduction mainly introduces the reason of problems, the analysis of domestic and foreign research, the research purpose and significance,research ideas and research methods, the text is divided into four parts.The first part:mainly on the status of the life and development of the rural left behind children are analyzed, respectively, with the background of left behind girls from rural areas, three major problems with distribution and rural children left behind girls leave the living and development of existing analysis.The second part:the cause analysis on the problems of rural left behind children, mainly for the rural left behind children care system has not been established, family, school and social discipline division of labor is not clear, the governments at all levels and the departments in charge of the work is not in place.The third part:the necessity of the construction of rural girls care mechanism, the connotation of rural girls care mechanism firstly, then a few aspects of mental health problems, girls left behind rural left behind girls and girls education problem of safety problems left behind are discussed.The fourth part:the strategies and suggestions for constructing mechanism of girls left behind in rural areas, on the one hand, to improve and perfect the legal system for rural girls, on the other hand, to establish a linkage mechanism of family, school and social care of these girls.The conclusion part described the main research conclusion and the insufficiency.
