This study takes one survivor from child sexual abuse as the research object,using the qualitative research method to explore the experiences of trauma rehabilitation under the social work support services,and to tease out the process of the feelling of shame-sorrow and self-remolding.The author chose the cultivation of resilience under the latitude of self-protection factor as the research perspective,and analyze the client's risk factors and protection factors for childhood and adulthood.This study is aimed to help the client regain herself and rebuild relationships by the support services of self-forgiveness,self-acceptance,self-review and self-encouragement.This study found that the core requirement of the survivor from child sexual abuse is to regain autonomy and rebuild relationships.Also the shame means low self-esteem and low self-identity,weak sense of efficacy,weak consciousness of life,lack of affinity and bias in sex.After the cultivation of resilience,the client's self-protection factors are expanded and consolidated.The rebuilding means free will,initiative,ability,self-identity,trust and intimacy.The case social work aiming to survivors from child sexual abuse is a service with long-term and repetitive characteristics,therefore the support services and role of social workers in this period deserve constant exploration and research.The author teased out the time track of the client's shame and rebuilding,and reflected the social cultural imprints around this topic,including pedophilia,the opinion of domestic shame should not be published and virgin complex.Finally,the author propounded some suggestions for the case social work service of this group.
