In recent years,there have been frequent cases of child sexual assault.The reasons behind this are not only the lack of sexual health knowledge and sexual assault prevention knowledge on the part of children themselves,but also the lack of sex education on the part of families and the neglect of sex education on the part of schools.The elementary school higher grades than children’s ability to accept knowledge in other grade is higher,the children are in the childhood to adolescence,if not to the child the guidance of scientific sexual health and sex,is not conducive to children’s physical and mental health development,thus improve their sexual health knowledge and sex knowledge of learning ability is very important.This study explores the feasibility of group work intervention to improve the self-protection ability of children of senior grade in primary school,and studies the role and effect of social work methods in children’s sexual assault prevention education.Based on C the elementary school higher grades of X community children of chengdu as the research object,the sexual assault of C of chengdu primary school children education problems related to do the investigation and study,interview method and questionnaire survey were carried out to study the elementary school higher grades child sexual abuse prevention education present situation,found that elementary school senior C child sexual abuse self-protection ability is insufficient,the lack of three reasons:Sex education in schools is vague,sex education in families is lacking,and children lack knowledge about sexual assault.After that,the social workers selected 11 children of higher grades in primary schools as the service objects,and used group work and external support intervention to improve the self-protection ability of children of higher grades in primary schools,so that the children could improve their knowledge of body,sexual health and child sexual assault.Of this study is to use a group social work method to raise the elementary school higher grades child sexual abuse self-protection ability of practice,in the form of fun for children education,the sexual assault by painting album,monopoly,board game card game of youth favorite way,open in the relaxed atmosphere,effectively avoid talking about "sex".By reflecting on the problems existing in the intervention of social work,this paper tries to put forward feasible suggestions for the study on the intervention of social work to improve the self-protection ability of children’s sexual assault.First,it is necessary to promote the linkage of family,school and social work and complement each other’s advantages.Second,enhance training and enablement,establish teacher volunteer team;Third,increase the output of family education on prevention of sexual assault. |
