On the incidence of child sexual abuse, although no exact statistics, many Western studies have shown that the problem of child sexual abuse are not uncommon. From ancient times, the phenomenon of child sexual abuse has never disappear in historical records of China, , literature and even the social life disappeared. Because of the sensitivity of the issue, there are still a lot of sexual assault has not been revealed, whether exposed or not, the victim of childhood sexual abuse and even in adulthood are caused by psychological trauma implacable. Therefore, under the conditions of limited resources, study the trauma of victims of sexual assault response to experience, and from the ideas, psychological, social support, and many other psychological trauma recovery to guide them, is of great practical significance.In this paper, through qualitative research methods, we interview 20 victims of childhood sexual abuse depth about their childhood sexual abuse in the process and its response to family trauma, sexual abuse experiences on their adult life and work The various effects arising, including psychological, behavioral, and physical impact of the three, and made sexual attitudes in China, a relatively conservative country, how to comfort victims of childhood sexual abuse and their families suffered a variety of Trauma, how to guide them out of the shadow of sexual abuse experience as soon as possible, re-gain self-confidence, start a new life.The results show that: 1. Child victims of sexual abuse has obviously been a variety of traumatic reaction, in which the main types of trauma reactions manifested as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), separation disorder, depression and low self-esteem, suicide or attempted suicide four a situation, the main types of behavioral response to the performance of trauma for a variety of sexual issues, academic trauma, personality change, career selection bias, in addition, the victim has also been a significant body damage. 2. For the victims of trauma response, this paper argues the following three aspects can be guided to the victims: one change in victims of sexual abuse and the general public misunderstanding of the incident, abandoned the old concept of chastity, the establishment of a positive sexual attitudes awareness; Second straighten counseling role and relationship between the victim, the victim in time combing the psychological barriers; third is to integrate various forces, the establishment of the family, school and society as one of three systems of support system.
