Due tothe development of children’s body and mind is not perfect, life experience, selfprotection consciousness or do not have the ability to protect themselves, and nonindependent features economy, extremely easy to become the object of sexual abuse.Children represent the future and hope of the family, the family is the cradle ofthe growth of children, is the first line of defense to protect the safety of children,parents have the responsibility not only for children’s lives are taken good care of,have the obligation to safety on the children’s education and guidance, to teachchildren safety education, should not be confined to the fire escape, seismic risk, alsoinvolves self protection and prevention of sexual assault and other content. Becausethe media exposure of child molestation case tells us, in real life, if the guard, childsexual assault was a higher risk than other forms of damage。In the prevention of child sexual abuse, although increase the punishment ofcriminals, the parents of the child caregiving is essential, but the child is moreimportant to master the knowledge and skills of self protection. And, the prevention ofprivacy invasion education relates to the child’s physical, so parents of sexual abuseprevention education not only has the absolute advantage to the child, but also has anirreplaceable role.The part of the parents of six kindergartens in Luancheng County of HebeiProvince, for the prevention of child sexual abuse questionnaire education, understandthe status of awareness and education of child sexual abuse of children in LuanchengCounty of Hebei Province, parents, analyzes the existing problems, and discuss thecorresponding coping strategies.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature study and questionnaire surveymethod, some parents of six kindergartens conducted a questionnaire survey, analyzesthe existing in child sexual abuse prevention education in parents of young children,such as: parents lack of understanding of child sexual abuse prevention of basicknowledge of child sexual abuse prevention education; the existence of "heavy femalelight male" view of education; the children suffer sexual assault treatment methodafter the less safe; lack of child sexual abuse prevention education knowledge andskills.The above problems and detailed analysis, in view of the problems in the childsexual abuse prevention education of parents of young children, the author putsforward effective solving strategies: understanding of basic knowledge of child sexualabuse, correct understanding of child sexual abuse; pay attention to the influence offamily environment on children, and strive to create a harmonious family atmosphere;correct wrong education habits, improve the awareness of parents; follow thecognitive characteristics of children, using a variety of ways of organizing educational activities; kindergarten, family and community participation, the advantage iscomplementary, child sexual abuse prevention.
