Study On The Training Of Tourism Practitioners In Xiangxi Based On Satisfaction Evaluation

In the 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress,President Xi Jinping pointed out that we need mobilize the resource of whole party and entire society,and maintain ‘targeted poverty alleviation' and taking targeted measures to help rural population lift themselves out of poverty in 2020,to ensure that promoting the construction of a well-off society.The practice has proved that the poverty alleviation in the tourism industry is the fundamental measure to carry out poverty alleviation and poverty eradication,and its plays an important role in promoting the precision poverty alleviation in Xiangxi.the high-level and high-skilled tourism practitioners are not only important driving forces in the process of tourism development,but the main factor to ensure the vitality of tourism.So in the tourism development,we should ensure upgrading of tourism practitioners in the professional quality,professional skills and so on,and to ensure that they can adapt to the development of tourism.To improve the professional quality and skills of tourism practitioners,the key is to strengthen personnel training.Starting from the actual needs of tourism practitioners,not only can test the effectiveness of training,but also enhance their enthusiasm to participate in training and improve training efficiency,improve the tourism service level,to ensure the sustainable development of tourism in Xiangxi.This paper takes the tourism practitioners in Xiangxi state as the research subject,and using the literature research method and combining the actual development of the tourism industry in Xiangxi to the design the questionnaire,which includes 8 criteria level indicators: pre-training plan,training resources input,training course content setting,training mode selection,training time arrangement,training implementation flow,training effect,and make the criterion layer index is divided into 31 factors indicators.First of all,according to the social investigation method and interview method,we collect the experts' evaluation results of the criterion layer and the factor level index in the questionnaire,then uses YAAHP to analyze the expert evaluation,and obtains the weight of the training indicators.Then through the analysis of the results of the investigation of the satisfaction degree of the tourism practitioners in Xiangxi by adopting the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,after finishing the weights of training indexes and the scores of training satisfaction,the paper analyzes the combination of the index weights and the survey results of the training satisfaction of the tourism employees.The existing problems of tourism practitioners training in Xiangxi are as follows:The satisfaction degree of training effect is not high;The satisfaction degree of tourism practitioners in Xiangxi with the support of government policies is not high;The satisfaction degree of demand matching degree between training teaching materials and training mode selection is low;and The satisfactiondegree of training resources utilization degree and training teacher quality is not high;The satisfaction degree of training implementation process of tourism practitioners is low.Then,according to these problems,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of training,which include: strengthening the training effect of tourism practitioners in Xiangxi,enhance government function in the training of tourism practitioners in Xiangxi,the further fit of training course contents and training methods of tourism practitioners in Xiangxi;the balance of training resources input of tourism practitioners in Xiangxi.
