Classroom is a complex system.The relationship between teachers and students,classroom presupposition and generation,and the development and growth of teachers are all calling for the teacher's teaching tact,and putting forward higher requirements for teachers' pedagogic wisdom.Teaching tact is a kind of intellectual ability that teachers show when they face complex teaching events.In the classroom teaching,the tact of teaching manifests itself as regulating classroom teaching flexibly,embodies the sense of on-site teaching and on-the-spot performance,and shows intelligence.In a complex teaching events,teaching tact not only includes responsive teaching tact and germinal teaching tact,but also includes simplex teaching tact and complex teaching tact.In the research,based on observation and interviews,to clarify the concept of teaching tact and grasp the different types of teaching tact in the real classroom is the basic premise.On this basis,the significance of teaching tact is defined,the behavioral representation of teaching tact is summarized,and the condition of generating teaching tact is refined and expect for further exploration of the mechanism of generation of teaching wisdom.They are the topics to be discussed in this article.In terms of meaning,teaching tact can highlight the leading role of teachers,stimulate the emotional energy of teachers,promote the growth of teachers' practical wisdom,inspire students to participate collectively and achieve emotional resonance between teachers and students.In the classroom,the teaching tact shows in the teacher's control of teaching situation,integration of teaching resources,transformation of teacher-student interaction,changing of classroom atmosphere,teaching innovation,teachers' care and other aspects.Judging from the conditions of generating teaching tact,the formation of teaching tact is inseparable from the trigger of the situation,the guidance of the teacher-student interaction,the unification ofthe teacher's love and wisdom,and the teacher's comprehensive literacy.This requires teachers to have sharp mind,including forming a resultant force of mind,breaking the fixed pattern of thinking and strengthen reflective communication.Second,an open attitude is required,which mainly includes creating teacher-student interaction,regulating teaching situation and taking initiative action.Finally,we must cultivate good mental character.Teachers must have a firm will and hold an innovative spirit.This research is based on the analysis of the inner state of teaching tact.It is clear that the generation of teaching tact reflects the process of observation,reflection,planning and action.There are three key points in this process,namely,to "download" or break through,teacher-centered experience or student-centered experience,to imitate or create.And Clarify the generation of teaching tact from different levels is the key point we must pay attention to.It is hoped that this study will further broaden the research thinking,enrich relevant research results and serve the teaching practice of teachers based on the generation and promotion of teacher's teaching tact.
