Teaching tact were a superb professional competence of teachers.It reflects the teachers’ advanced teaching philosophy and deep thinking of the teaching object and teaching process.It is usually excited when teachers are in in instructional designing or facing unexpected emergencies.Teaching tact is an integral part of teaching behavior to build effective class.Most chemistry teachers will intentionally or unintentionally applied the teaching tact in their daily chemical teaching. So author uses data and theoretical analysis to build a brief overview involve the research status of teaching tact and effective class, the concept definition and factors.Then elaborate the characteristic of chemical teaching tact and chemical teaching tact in high school class according to the study object of chemistry,chemical knowledge and methods and the unique of chemical high class.Then study the manifestations of high school chemistry grade teacher in Jiangsu Province building effective classroom teaching tact by teaching demonstration,case studies, interviews and other methods. On this basis, sum up the type of chemistry teaching tact, mechanisms and reflects the teaching ideas.At last preliminarily study the way to develop a high school chemistry teaching tact by interviews with some grade teachers in Jiangsu Province and questionnaire of young teachers in Jiangsu Province.The results show that,Fristly, teaching tact is a superb professional competence of teachers or a potential based on accumulated experience and knowledge. It includes superb insight, understanding, judgment, decisiveness and organizational skills and other comprehensive ability,reflects the advanced teaching concepts and deep thinking in the teachers teaching object and teaching process. The capacity is usually fired in the event of unexpected emergencies and performs teachers in handling issues with agility and timeliness and the results with high efficiency and creativity.Secondly, effective class can not simply use the amount of teaching content, the speed of the teaching progress or the atmosphere is active or not as measures,but for the purpose of whether the all-round development of students with both effectiveness and long-term nature and can be for students’ future life and development services.Effective class is full of vitality,is a class like a man of science, is able to effectively integrate and rational development of classroom curriculum resources,is a co-sharing and open class. Thirdly,the characteristics of chemical teaching tact are performed in Characteristic wit Chemistry Teaching in:keenly aware of the deep-seated problems about students in chemistry learning,cleverly using interdisciplinary approach leads students to understand and apply knowledge of chemistry, specializes in a variety of means to guide students sentiment chemical way of thinking,research methods and values.Fourthly, the characteristics of effective class chemical taching tact are performed in better coordinating the most elements in class, extending student learning outcomes,skillfully transformed the classroom "disorder" and "orderly" state and teachers’creatively and personally organizing content and methods-using in class.Among them default and inspiration based on generated problem is the most efficient chemical typical classroom teaching tact behavior.Fifthly,teaching tact in the target of efficient chemistry class specific aspects of the performance of two.One is that stay blank in default. Its manifestations include many performances, design open explore issues and cooperative learning programs with structure can leave room for the verification and falsification and improve the efficiency of cooperative learning students, focus on the humanities vivid presentation and re-construct knowledge system to create multidimensional education,stimulate and promote student self-construction and cognitive,create interesting situations and creatively use a variety of teaching resources to stimulate students’interests in learning, improve learning emotions and provide guarantees for efficient chemistry teaching.The other is that use inspired and induction way for students to enhance cognitive and affective dotting. It allows teachers in the teaching process persuasive mentoring and layers of depth questioning. So that can promote students to promote reflection,stimulate students’divergent thinking and induced analog in thinking.Sixthly,depending on the difference of trigger situation,teaching tact can be divided into defult teaching tact and generated teaching tact.Defult teaching tact is performed in the selection construction of teaching content and activity desigening.Generated teaching tact is performed in teachers inducing students to solve problems themselves, guiding students to deepen and enhance the awareness and knowledge and exploring with students.Seventhly,the germinal of teaching tact is based on the keenly awareness of the problems,determining the cause of the formation of the problem and make all appropriate response and reflecting on the results of actions. Eighthly, witty teaching idea is letting students to learn life’s chemistry to guide students to think independently and promote learning chemistry, creat a pleasant atmosphere for students to learn chemistry and respect differences for students to learn chemistry well.
