Teaching tact is an important quality of educational workers,it is not only an art but also a kind of wisdom and plays a primary role in classroom teaching.The teaching usually goes with varieties of accidental and random events or no preset incident.The tings that the teachers how to deal with these problems,to gain the best results,and how to relate unconcerned affairs as much as possible to the preset plan cleverly and quickly,to promote students'body and mental development set an even higher demands to teachers of their teaching tact.This essay aims to observe the work of classes and many others affecting teaching tact are studies,so as to give some strategies of improving teaching tact,thus causing the efficiency of teaching activities in class and make teaching quality improved.The contents include four parts:The first part of introduction firstly represents the significance in theory and practice on the teaching tact and makes a review of research at both home and abroad.The second part is introduction of teaching tact.First and foremost,it is started with the tact and to give the concept of teaching tact.According to base on a lot of related documents and learn from their predecessors in the knowledge and experience,I give teaching tact a definition that is the ability that can solve problems with existing knowledge and skill or experience in educational emergency.During this process,teachers show the ability of sharp and keen.And then analysis the differences among education wisdom and teaching art and teaching techniques for explaining the meaning of teaching tact clearly.Then it discusses the action of classroom teaching tact and the supporting theories of applying the teaching tact.That is the demands of the humanism learning theory and communication theory. Finally,it deals with the unique characteristic of teaching tact at primary school.The third part analyses the actual conditions about teaching tact.Based on entering the class and interviewing some teachers,the purpose is discussed the representation and the factors causing the teaching tact are put forward,including subjective factors and objective factors.The fourth part proposes the strategies on teaching tact.There are several facets to this question:correct understanding of education opposes and knows the value of education;loving your students;having accumulated much experience;improving you psychological quality;reflectiving teaching practice;training of thinking and being resourceful.From the above study, we expect to draw some constructive and meaningful ideas for the school teachers.
