Analysis On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Employment Guidance For Contemporary College Students

Employment guidance for college students is an important link between university graduates and employers.It plays an important role in the process of university students' employment.College students' employment guidance is a has the characteristics of complexity,systemic and long-term work,every country in the continuous in-depth study,hoping to form a set of accord with national conditions,relatively perfect guidance mode and mature theory system.Compared with western countries,China's employment guidance work for college students has been carried out relatively late.Unlike foreign countries,it has formed a relatively mature stage and is in a period of development and improvement.Although colleges and universities have set up special employment guidance departments nowadays,it is still necessary to further study how to carry out employment guidance in a specific and effective way.Therefore,the current situation of the contemporary college students employment guidance work of our country were investigated,constraining bottleneck analysis,sum up experience,put forward countermeasures,not only can promote the development of Chinese colleges and universities career guidance theory,but also can effectively solve the employment problem.The first part of this paper is introduction: firstly,the background and research significance of this paper are expounded.Secondly,study of relevant literature,summing up and summarizing the research achievements of experts and scholars at home and abroad,the basic theory of specific analysis of the employment guidance,employment guidance of the basic present situation,the countermeasures of college students' employment guidance work.Thirdly,the fields and objects involved in this paper are made and the methods suitable for this paper are formulated.Finally,it defines the concept of employmentguidance,expounds the purpose of employment guidance,analyzes the task of employment guidance for college students and the necessity and significance of employment guidance for colleges and universities.The second part of this paper analyzes the current situation of employment guidance for contemporary college students.First,it analyzes the cognition of employment guidance for college students from three angles of government,society and university.Secondly,the empirical investigation of this paper is introduced in detail from three aspects: survey objective,implementation and treatment,main results and analysis.Finally,the existing problems of employment guidance for contemporary college students are analyzed.This article third part to the contemporary university students' employment instruction work existence question reason analysis,combined with the theory and practical problems,from social factors,school factors,college students' individual factors,family environment factors four aspects are analyzed in this paper.In the fourth part,based on the empirical investigation and analysis results,the author puts forward some measures to improve the employment guidance of contemporary college students by combining the guidance of correct theories.Respectively from the college students' employment guidance system,enriching the content of contemporary college students employment guidance work,improve the contemporary college students employment guidance work methods,optimize the environment of the contemporary college students employment guidance work from four aspects.
