As an important component of higher education, Independent Institute cultivate a largenumber of high-quality and application-oriented person, whose graduates have become veryimportant human resources and an indispensable force with social and economic development.The supply and demand of human resources is contradictory with the increase of the number ofindependent college graduates every year. Independent Institutes are the cradle which spreadknowledge and transmit talents should do the work of career guidance well, and guide and helpgraduate students to establish a correct concept of career at same time, it is not only related tothe rapid development of the national economy and social progress, but also the pace of thehigher education system and the students’ development and success.Under the current situation, the national employment situation is grim for collegegraduates.
