The construction of informational teaching resources takes a vital role in education informatization.To promote the development of education informatization in Hainan province,we have made a survey on the informational teaching resources of K12,analyzed the existing issues during teaching resources construction and finally proposed some strategies aimed at facilitating the construction of informational teaching resources of K12 and education informatization in Hainan province.We have analyzed the current studies of informational teaching resources through checking plenty of literatures.To get a deep insight on the source,storage,development,usage and incentive mechanism of informational teaching resources in Hainan province,we have conducted a questionnaire survey and made a statistical analysis of the current digital education resource service system,including the classification,quantity,coverage,utilization rate and evaluation of education resources in Hainan province.In the study for K12,we believe that the utilization rate of informational teaching resources platform needs to be improved urgently,the construction of informational teaching resources exists big difference,and the low visitor volume of education public resource platform,lack of incentive mechanism and evaluation,low information literacy of the teachers also exist in the construction of informational teaching resources in Hainan province.To solve the problems existing in the construction of informational teaching resources for K12 in Hainan province,we propose some suggests from the view of government,school and teacher.At the government level,the government need to make overall plans and improve the construction of informational teaching resources platform to generate a market of digital teaching resources,besides,providing technical training for teachers to improve their informational technology skills,finally,providing and improving incentive mechanism.At the school level,first,schools need to create an informatization surroundings and promote education resources innovation;second,schools should emphasize cooperation with brother schools,build and share education resources;Last,schools need to cooperate with related enterprises to develop their school-based textbooks.At the teacher level,teachers need to change the way they think in tradition,improve their professional skills and information literacy,in further,to make the education resource types and quality better.
