The Ministry of education and other five departments proposed to implement the pilot project of famous teachers and principals in primary and secondary schools in 2018 to cultivate a group of leading talents with great social influence and can play an exemplary and leading role in the field of basic education.At present,the relevant research on famous teachers' Studios has been enriched and expanded.In order to enrich the domestic theoretical achievements on the evaluation of famous mathematics teachers' studios in primary and secondary schools,the evaluation index system of famous mathematics teachers' studios in primary and secondary schools has been studied and constructed.At the same time,according to the evaluation index system,the corresponding questionnaire is prepared to investigate the current situation of famous mathematics teachers' studios in primary and secondary schools,find problems and put forward suggestions,in order to improve the implementation efficiency of famous mathematics teachers' studios.The research question is: how to construct a scientific evaluation index system of famous mathematics teacher studios in primary and secondary schools? What are the common and individual characteristics in the construction and operation?Firstly,sort out,screen and process the literature,and formulate the framework of the evaluation index system after preliminary communication with experts;Secondly,the expert consultation method is used to solicit expert opinions.After collecting expert opinions,the framework is revised and improved from the data information and modification opinions of index concentration degree,dispersion degree and coefficient of variation;Finally,the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of famous mathematics teachers' studios in primary and secondary schools is determined,and the evaluation questionnaire is developed.Through the pretest,item analysis,validity analysis and reliability analysis were carried out,and the questionnaire was modified to form the final questionnaire.The questionnaire consists of three first-class indicators: organization construction,research and development and output benefit,nine second-class indicators and 29 observation points: infrastructure construction and guarantee,top-level design and planning,content design,plan implementation,subject participation,highlight of characteristics,professional development,radiation guidance and honorary achievements.The evaluation index system has excellent content validity and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the studios of famous mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools.In the application research part,according to the constructed index system,a questionnaire is compiled to investigate the teachers participating in the famous mathematics teacher studios in primary and secondary schools.The 256 questionnaire results collected were analyzed by spss22 software,including overall status analysis,analysis based on three dimensions of evaluation index system,comparative research(including teaching age difference analysis,education difference analysis,urban-rural difference analysis,provincial difference analysis,etc.)and related analysis.Research conclusion: the development level of national famous mathematics teacher studios in primary and secondary schools is generally at the middle and upper level.Among them,the organization construction is relatively complete,and the resource guarantee needs to be strengthened;The research and development is in good condition,and the content design needs to be enriched;The output benefits are significantly diverse,and the promotion of professional development is limited.Suggestions on optimizing the studio of famous mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools: gather internal resources and strive for multi-party support;Coordinate teachers' work and devote themselves to development;Clarify the management rights and responsibilities and build a unified platform;Balance the differences between urban and rural areas and develop development potential;Pay attention to teachers' growth and conduct multiple assessment;Balance the content of study and pay attention to the change of thought;Optimize the network platform and integrate mathematical resources;Innovate mathematical achievements and generate heterogeneous products;Build a professional platform to promote the growth of famous teachers;Support joint research and explore efficient paths.
