As an important platform to promote professional development for teachers,the famous teacher network studio has created an online learning spaces to share resources,to communicate and cooperate with other teachers.The live video evaluation of the famous teacher studio plays a guiding role in promoting the development of teachers.On the one hand,it can standardize and improve its quality of the live broadcast.On the other hand,it can enhance the utilization for live of famous teacher studio.By the continuous investigation of Zhejiang Famous Teacher Network Studio live broadcast,the author,a product operator in Zhejiang Mingshi Studio,found that the overall utilization rate of the teacher studio is low,which decreases the positive significance of famous teachers in leading the professional growth of teachers.Therefore,this research uses a scientific research method to construct a reasonable,objective and operational live video evaluation index system for famous teachers' studios,in order to improve the quality of the live studios and promote the professional development of teachers.Using literature research method to analyze the relevant research of the current live video,this study summarizes the indicators related to the live broadcast evaluation and designs the questionnaire to determine further problems existing in the live broadcast and the degree of approval of the live audience to the live evaluation dimension of famous teacher network studio.Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis and combined with the expert interview method,this study constructs the evaluation index framework of famous teacher network studio live broadcast.Through two rounds of Delphi questionnaire,it can verify the rationality of the evaluation indicators.The second round of Delphi method shows that the Kendall coefficient value is 0.559,which indicates that the experts' understanding of the importance of the indicators tends to be consistent and the credibility is higher.The data of asymptotic significance value is 0.000 shows that the coordination of the experts' evaluation opinions is good,which indicates that the index system constructed in this study has high content validity.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of each index and to check the the consistency,this study concludes the evaluation index system of live video for the famous teacher network studio.The evaluation system includes four primary indicators and fourteen secondary indicators,such as live page introductions,live video content,live audio-visual effects and live participation interactions.In the end,based on this index system,four experts were invited to independently score the 24 live broadcast videos(with more than 1000 participants)of Zhejiang Master Network Studio.The results show that the Clone Bach reliability(the Cronbach's alpha)is 0.827(The data is greater than 0.8 indicating that the evaluation indicators have a good faith).Thus,take this index system as the basis for the recommendation of the studio's boutique live broadcast,the user evaluation prototype page and the manager review prototype page based on the indicator are designed and finally approved by the Famous Studio Project Office.Therefore,the live video evaluation index system built in this study provides the meaningful guidance for the construction and application to famous teacher network studio live broadcast.
