Story is the reflection of life,which contains people's psychological logic and cognitive style.Story is the most vivid logic of children,Dewey said.In fact,the development of education teaching activities and the realization of teacher development,as a unique life activity,have a distinctive feature.In class,we often find that good teachers are teachers who tell stories.If our teacher is good at extracting story factor in the context of the actual education,is good at capturing story elements in the process of classroom teaching,is good at writing communicative activities between teachers and students into a vivid teaching story,is good at turning teaching life,professional growth into a story with temperature,is good at using stories to construct curriculum and teaching,then teachers live in story,will be teachers with remarkable development,will be teachers who are impressive and interesting,will be teachers who create and tell teaching stories.But the basic premise of all this is that the teacher must first have a certain level of story literacy and story ability.But in contrast,our classroom,mostly filled with by abstract,empty rationality and logic:teaching overemphasis on the commands of knowledge,advocated the theory of deductive reasoning,showed disregard for children's life and experience.Teachers teaching life is poor,inner experience is pale,lives in the classroom short of lively,sincere interaction and collision.As a place of vitality and passion,the school has become a wasteland of stories.For this reason,we think strengthen the cultivation of teachers' story literacy and ability,to make teachers become "people live in story",to make education and teaching blend in a story with logic and affection,this not only helps the growth of teachers,also helps to reform the course teaching in a deeper level.This study tries to comb existing research,using literature reading,the methods of qualitative analysis,interdisciplinary research,to explore the connotation of teachers' story ability,teaching story building,the teaching application of story.First of all,in a variety of teachers' story ability connotations,extracted in this paper,the basic meaning of teachers'story ability,teachers story ability are namely basic skills which using stories' deep structure to construct curriculum and teaching.Secondly,combing the story applications in the multidisciplinary perspective,exploring the link between the story and the growth of teachers,the value of teachers' story ability in teacher development and teaching innovation.Thirdly,the study of the generation and development of teachers' story ability needs to be based on the analysis of its structure,its basic elements and its basic operation mode.The construction of teachers' story ability structure model is the core component of the research.Generally speaking,the teachers,story ability is the unity of story creation ability and story deduction ability.Among them,the story creation ability and the story deduction ability are regarded as a kind of story practice,an internal story practice and the external story practice.Finally,the author puts forward the experience and strategy of generating and developing teachers,story ability.Teachers' story ability,along with other teachers' professional development ability,can be improved through conscious cultivation.Under the conditions of this study,the following preliminary conclusions can be drawn:1.The connotation of teachers' story ability.Teachers ability is a basic skill thatthe teacher is good at catch information around,insight the relationships of various factors in the education situation,read stories,create stories personally,and use story to build curriculum and teaching.Teachers' story ability is a special cognitive ability,a kind of personalized practical ability.2.There are rich stories in school life.Education is a story jungle of the life,growth,cognition and being of teachers and students.The teacher is the concrete and living person,the students' growth is a dynamic story extension process,the dialogue and the interaction between teachers and students has the story nature.3.Structure of teachers'story ability.The teacher's story ability is composed of the ability of story creation and class deduction.Among them:the ability of meaning transformation,characterization ability,plot manufacturing ability,environment creation ability,story research ability,activity inquiry ability,narrative research ability.4.Teachers' story ability can be consciously cultivated and improved.As a special professional skill,teachers' story ability is generated and developed in the teaching life of teachers.The corresponding training,can enhance the teachers' story ability.This study puts forward the preliminary training strategy,namely the story creation strategy and the story deductive strategy.By enhancing teachers' story awareness and story cognition,discover story elements and create teaching stories;read the story,apply the story teaching;enter the story,enrich the teaching life,can promote the teacher professional development.
