To enhance the professional capabilities of pre-service teachers is the inevitable choice to achieve excellence in teacher training.The ability of pre-service teachers to communicate with students' parents is good for establishing active career mentality of pre-service teachers and achieving a smooth transition from prospective teachers to teachers.Especially in the current challenge from multiple heterogeneity of parent groups,strengthening the development of communication skills between teachers and students' parents is conducive to the joint efforts of school education and family education and promote student development.In reality,the development of communication skills between pre-service teachers and students' parents hasn't received sufficient attention and there is no corresponding composition in the teacher education curriculum system.At the same time,the communication with the parents of the students has become one of the outstanding perplexities of the development of the initial teacher.The introduction part introduces the origin of the study,the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study,and defines the concept of "signature pedagogy" and "communication ability of pre-service teachers ".At the same time,there is a detailed review of the research on teachers' communication skills,the research on the communication between pre-service teachers and students' parents,and the research literature on the signature pedagogy.The second chapter discusses the theory of teacher professional development,the theory of signature pedagogy,the theory of ecosystem and the theory of interaction.The third chapter describes the research design and methods of this study in detail which includes the questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case study method the preliminary preparation and implementation process of respectively.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the realistic portrayal of the communication between pre-service teachers and students' parents.Pre-service teachers and their related interest groups agree with the value of communicating with students' parents and believe that communicating with parents of students is of certain importance and necessity.However,the actual conditions aren't conducive to the communication between pre-service teachers and students' parents and it not only in the absence of state in teacher education programs,but also in educational practice.Through case studies,it has been found that the process of communication between pre-service teachers and parents is full of complexity and personality of pre-service teachers,the guiding methods of practice instructors,the degree of recognition of teacher's professional and so on affect the communication experience between pre-service teachers and students' parents.The fifth chapter discusses the limiting factors and inevitable choices for communication between pre-service teachers and their parents.Although the communication ability of pre-service teachers and parents is confronted with therestrictive factors such as academic,internship,neglect of pre-service teachers and the incompatibility of students' parents,communication between normal school students and students' parents still has certain inevitability on the objective level.Pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and students' parents all acknowledge the importance of communication skills between pre-service teachers and students' parents,and they expect that pre-service teachers will be able to adapt to the trend of the times and strengthen their ability to communicate with students' parents,and teacher educators and pre-service teachers expect that the communication with students' parents can be given due attention and training at the same time.The sixth chapter is mainly based on the results of this study,trying to establish and optimize the method of cultivating the communication ability between pre-service teachers and students' parents from the perspective of the signature pedagogy and listed two kinds of signature pedagogy that are applicable to the field of teacher education which is the case teaching method and the simulation interactive teaching method for finding and constructing the appropriate signature pedagogy on cultivate the communication ability of pre-service teachers and students' parents.
