This paper is a research about the communication between parents and kindergarteners when handovering children from kindergarten.Two questionnaires: parents questionnaire and teachers questionnaire were analysed using the SPSS statistics software, which presented the static outcome. The study analysed the dynamic interaction between parents and kindergarteners through observing on site and talking with the teachers and parents. The analysed results of questionnaires included: the regulations of kindergarten supporting the communications between parents and teachers, but there are some not reasonable either. To teachers, communication with parents is a part of their work, but to parents, is more psychological importance of random acts.Through on-site observation, interviews, analysis of their parents and teachers to exchange dynamic behaviour drawed: The purpose of parents' meeting with children is too simple and lack of opportunity for the exchange of awareness; Most of them are so impatient that miss the opportunities of communicating with teachers. Facing more than 30 parents at the same time, teacher can alleviate pressure on exchange through cooperation with other teachers. In exchange status, teachers played a dominant role to give professional guidances, major parents will listen to the views of teachers, less be active to express their own views. Whether parents or teachers, the use of communication strategies can effectively enhance communication effectiveness.Based on the factors affecting the communication from kindergarten, parents and teachers present, in the final the paper presented some proposals on awareness and behaviour for kindergarten, parents and teachers.
