Since entering the 21 st century,China has become the second largest economy in the world.The ever-improving world economic influence has made more and more people want to know more about China.Chinese is a language with the largest number of people using it in the world.The wave of Chinese language fever has begun to sweep across the distant Latin America.However,compared with Europe and North America,Chinese language teaching in Latin America started very late and is developing slowly.Especially in developing countries represented by Peru,Chinese language promotion is under a state of exploration.Therefore,more and more domestic scholars have turned their attention to Latin America and began to study and discover the problems in the development of Chinese teaching in the region in order to obtain better solutions and provide more good instructions for the promotion of Chinese language in Latin America.In this article,the author uses the methods of Chinese as a second language teaching and other related disciplines as guidance,and uses field surveys,questionnaires,interviews,and literature consulting as the main research methods.The survey on Chinese language teaching was conducted in Zhongshan School which is one of the Sanmin Joint Schools of China.The research including curriculum,faculty resources and student conditions,analyzed the status of Chinese teaching in Zhongshan School from multiple angle,summed up its advantages in the development,and also discovered related issues during the investigation.Some feasible suggestions are put forward to help solve the problems.After the completion of the investigation report,the author hopes to contribute a meager strength to the study of Chinese language teaching in primary and secondary schools in the Peru region.At the same time,the author also hopes to provide reference for students' Chinese learning and the long-term sustainable development of the schools.
