Acomparative Study On Employment Quality Of Higher Education Recipients With Different Family Capital

With the expansion of the scale of higher education in China,more and more college graduates,and the employment of higher education is becoming more and more difficult.The higher educated,employment is an inevitable choice to realize self value and social value,but also many from lower class families of higher educated to change their destiny and avoid poverty or occupation is an important approach to the intergenerational transmission.To obtain employment opportunities and improve the quality of employment is the main way for higher education to squeeze into the "elite group" of society.However,due to the basic conditions of our country and our country is a human society,higher educated family capital differences,the quality of employment also showed significant difference,higher educated higher educated family capital employment quality is higher than the disadvantages of family capital.This also indirectly conforms to the current social some false rumors,"college students looking for work is better than dad","learn physics and chemistry",as good as a good father".Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to compare the employment quality of different family social capital with higher education,and to draw conclusions,analyze the reasons and put forward suggestions.This paper makes full use of the 2015 National Social Science Fund project survey data about "the university can change the destiny",select the representative index of the quality of employment,higher education of different family capital employment quality comparative analysis,draw the following conclusion:in the average monthly employment income,better family economic conditions,higher educated the average monthly employment income is relatively high;the higher the education level of parents,higher educated average monthly employment income is relatively high;father’s duties(administrative level)higher,higher educated average monthly employment income is relatively high;the father’s occupation is better,higher educated average monthly employment income is relatively high.In the working place,the better family economic conditions,higher educated work is relatively good;the higher the education level of parents,higher educated work is relatively good;father’s duties(administrative level)higher,higher educated working place of father’s occupation better and better;higher educated work is relatively good.In the nature of work,the better family economic conditions,higher educated work relatively well;the higher the education level of parents,higher educated work relatively well;his father’s duties(administrative level)higher,higher educated work units are relatively good;father’s occupation is better,higher education the work unit is relatively good.In the job satisfaction,better family economic conditions,higher educated job satisfaction is relatively high;the higher the education level of parents,higher educated job satisfaction is relatively high;father’s duties(administrative level)higher,higher educated job satisfaction is higher;father’s occupation is better,higher educated job satisfaction is relatively high.Through a large number of family capital to find work virtually destroyed the fair employment market,a great waste of higher educated employment equity imbalance will lead to the low efficiency of human resources and talent,the healthy development of the social stratum tends to not conducive to higher education and curing.To resolve the higher educated unfair employment,narrowing the gap between different family capital of higher educated employment quality this paper puts forward some suggestions:first,higher educated families lack of capital should strengthen human capital,improve the stock of social capital.Two,the school should be targeted to help the family capital shortage of higher education regular career planning,providing employment information,professional employment psychological counseling.The three is that the government should establish compensation mechanism,formulate preferential policies,encourage entrepreneurship,accelerate the reform of household registration system,and ensure fair employment environment for the higher education with insufficient family capital.
