Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation.As an important part of compulsory education,junior middle school education occupies a pivotal position.With the continuous adjustment of Wuhan's education system,the current compulsory education is mainly based on "single-division".In some pilot areas,the "multi-division"is implemented.The nearest school principle is implemented from primary school to junior high school.Problem of students' quality differences is getting worse.How to take effective teaching organization to improve the progression rate has become a difficult problem,and many schools have begun to carry out stratified teaching.Hierarchical teaching is based on the "class teaching system",aiming at achieving the goal of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.The research on the effectiveness,problems and countermeasures of junior middle school students' performance according to their grades will help promote the realization of individualized teaching and promote the individualized development of students.This article selects H school as a sample school,collects a large number of grades data and text information,and studies hierarchical teaching in junior middle school through literature research,statistical analysis,teacher interviews,and case studies.Through the understanding of the course of change in the stratified teaching of sample schools,it is found that the school has taken a series of specific measures,such as the implementation of the stratified shift system,the opening of elective courses,the cooperative study in the class group,the individualized management or the institutionalized management,and the equal treatment of every student.Through the analysis of student performance,combined with interviews,hierarchical teaching has achieved some results.The student's personality is fully developed,the teacher's personal ability is improved,and the teacher's classroom teaching management is more convenient.However,there are also some problems.The stratification basis is not scientific enough,and some students are not suitable for the existing classes;the opportunities for ordinary teachers to evaluate and appraise are low;parallel classes and poor students gather,and bad habits infect each other.With reference to a large amount of literature and learning from other people's research results,it is believed that the improvement of junior secondary education should respect student differences and promote the development of students' personalities;build a study group to enhance students' subjective awareness;open course selection information to ensure students' choice of rights;Improve the quality of teachers and achieve the common development of teachers and students.
