The high school stage belongs to the critical period of growth,and it is also the transition period for the realization of children to adulthood.The students’ physiological and psychological development is increasingly perfect,full of vitality and enthusiasm,the pursuit of individual character,but because of the lack of life experience,abstract logic thinking is not fully development,sometimes stubborn impulse,the liable to cause the teacher cannot predict in advance in the classroom.How to properly deal with these unexpected situations and achieve the teaching goal successfully arouse the attention of high school teachers.However,in the past teaching,teachers,due to their lack of quality and pursuit of the realization of teaching tasks,tend to take a simple and rough attitude when dealing with these emergencies,and even avoid them directly.This may discourage students’ enthusiasm and influence the atmosphere of the classroom.In teaching,they should use the teaching wisely and skillfully to realize classroom harmony and teaching.Combining teaching wit with high school ideological and political class and doing empirical research,it is helpful to sum up the specific strategies of the teachers’ teaching in high school and promote the growth of teachers.The first part of this article summarize the teaching under the background of new curriculum reform of high school related explanation,including the meaning of teaching wit,components,characteristics and significance of high school education courses teaching tactics.The second part of the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers’ teaching tact using questionnaire investigation and analysis,summed up the high school education teachers’heavy knowledge target light emotion,attitude,values,goals,it is difficult to accurately determine high school students ideological dynamic,facing the emergency disposal of the teachers ability is not strong,and several aspects of problems such as one-sided teaching tactics,the third part from the teachers’ teaching ideas,teaching behavior and teaching quality,teaching environment,evaluation method of five Angle combined with high school education courses specific class instance in this paper,the high school ideological and political teachers of teaching strategies.
