At present,China's basic education reform has experienced a trend of lightening the burden and learning music.Under the guidance of this trend,multimedia has been widely used in history teaching,and the traditional teaching rule has been criticized and denied ever before.In fact,teaching method and multimedia teaching have their advantages and disadvantages.The teaching method is beneficial to give full play to the teacher's leading role,high teaching efficiency and simple and easy to operate,and can complemented with other teaching methods.But the teaching characteristics of "filling duck" in the teaching method are easy to ignore students' main body position,disadvantageous to students' teaching in accordance with their aptitude and students' main activity,and at the same time a single language Teaching is not conducive to the cultivation of students'concept of time and space.The emergence of multimedia teaching makes up for the problem that the teaching method is difficult to solve.The use of multimedia courseware can increase the teaching capacity and improve the efficiency of the class.At the same time,it can stimulate the students' interest in learning,display the history directly,promote the memory of the students,and cultivate the students' independent cooperative learning.But the multimedia teaching has its own disadvantages,For example,multimedia courseware is single and content is lagged behind.Materials stack up,making teaching from "people irrigation" to "machine irrigation",which is not conducive to emotional communication between teachers and students.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of teaching method and multimedia teaching,The author puts forward the two strategies to optimize the combination,such as the correct handling of the teaching method and the relationship between the multimedia teaching and other teaching elements,and the "degree" of the teaching method and the application of multimedia teaching in the history teaching.The two will be able to complement each other to complement each other,thus improve the teaching effect of the history class,let the teachers find fun in the teaching,let the students experience the happiness in the study,and increase the vigour and vitality for the history class.
