At present,the people-oriented education concept is gradually deepening,and the basic education curriculum reform continues to advance.Humanistic value education is focusing on the educational ideas and practices of major influences in the world and it is blazing new brilliance.Under the concept of the humanistic value education,the collective construction of primary schools has its own characteristics,and it also faces new problems and challenges.This study adopts a combination of observation and interviewing methods to deepen the humanities value project schools,starting from the concept of humanistic value education,and considering the five major aspects,including class objectives,class organizations,class norms,interpersonal relationships,and activities to consider the existence of class collective construction.problems,thus providing new ideas and new methods for people to build a class.This study selected Class A G Primary School as the research object,absorbing the theory of group dynamics and learning organization theory to sum up the experience and deficiencies of the primary school class collective construction under the concept of humanistic value education.In terms of experience,studies have found that targeted activities have become the best carrier for the construction of class collectives;the power of role models has become the best motive force for class building;respecting for differences has become the best feature of class collective construction.At the same time,the study found that the research object has the following deficiencies in the process of construction and operation: the deviation of goals and reality,mainly manifested in the deviation of management goals and reality,the deviation of students’ individuality goals from the reality;the lack of formal norms of class collectives,and the lack of human relations in class collectives.Inbalance is mainly manifested in the unbalanced teacher-student relationship and the imbalance between student groups and individuals.Based on the above problems,the concept of humanistic value education for collective constructiony,first of all,to be people-oriented,from the school level,school education should highlight the humanistic spirit;from the teacher level,teachers should strengthen the humane care;from the student level,Students should enhance their humanistic qualities.Secondly,aiming at the problems that arise during the collective construction of Class A classes,the use of humanistic value education methods to rationally plan the construction of class collectives,to improve the collective objectives of the class to improve the truth,to strengthen the class collective normative construction with legitimate behavior,and to unite in harmony with charity classes relationship。...
