“The opinion on overall planning of moral education in schools” issued by the Ministry of Education in 2005,clearly enrolled the cultivation of collective consciousness into primary school moral education goal,“Education and helps pupils preliminary cultivate the emotion of love the motherland,the people,labor,science,and the socialism;Establish the basic concept of right and wrong,legal awareness and collective consciousness”.Class is the basic unit of school education and it should become an important carrier of the collective consciousness education.Class committee as a necessary tissue of class living,the publicity and altruistic of the organization itself makes it become an important educational resources for collective consciousness in class life.on one hand,the collective consciousness is a ought value pursuit of the class committee set;On the other hand,the class committee can carry the purpose of the collective consciousness education.The value of the class committee to the collective consciousness not only reflected in the role of class committee,but also reflected in the construction process of class committee.But in the actual class life,the collective consciousness educational value of the class committee has not been effective developed yet.The role of the class committee failed to promote the formation of students' public spirit and sense of community,and the class committee building failed to become the collective consciousness education opportunities for the teachers.The class committee exists in the class not only failed to promote the development of collective consciousness but often promote the generation of individual consciousness.This phenomenon is caused by the comprehensive action of many factors,deeply rooted management ideology in class life,teachers' collective consciousness educational concept is weak and inadequate of collective consciousness education capacity and so on.The loss of class committee's collective consciousness educational value not only conducive to the development of students' collective consciousness,but also promote the formation of individual consciousness to a certain extent.In order to ensure the full use of class committee's collective consciousness educational value,the teacher should reducing the class committee role of representative the class group,and seize the opportunity of class committee construction,condut the collective consciousness guide in all links of the class committee construction.
