The Study On Tibetan Population Current Of Qinghai Province During Urbanization

Due to the deepening of industrialization and urbanization,the population conce ntration effect of Chinese cities is increasing,causing a large number of rural surplus l abor force to cities,among which there are many ethnic minorities.The free moveme nt of labor is the objective requirement of market allocation of labor resources,and al so the great vitality of China's social and economic development.In the past,the domestic scholars 's more study on this research concentrated on the perspective of sociology and psychology,which seems one-sided.Each national minority has its own cultural background,habits,customs,etc.,so the past study can o nly highlight commonalities,more than the personality.This article objects on a singl e nation qinghai Tibetan.Throughing field investigation and statistical analysis of rela ted cross section data,to discuss the development status of the floating population,ai ming at understanding the the differences of Qinghai Tibetan under the background of cultural diversity and generality.This article is divided into five chapters: the introduction part explains the purpos e and significance of the topic,research dynamics and content,innovation and metho d;The second and third chapters introduce the urbanization process and current situati on of qinghai province and the current situation of floating population in the process o f urbanization;The fourth chapter is an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of float ing population in qinghai Tibetan,basing on filed investigation.Which relates flow,flo w direction and flow into the city's economy,the living,psychological status and the d egree of adaptation;Chapter five summarizes the current situation of Tibetan floating population in qinghai and analyzes its causes.According to the study,inter-regional income differences are the most important reason for promoting population mobility.Qinghai area between uneven economic development,and promote the flow of the Tibetan population of Qinghai,and multi-purpose flow to survive mainly to fewer people for the purpose of self-development flow.In the study of the Tibetan migrants we found that the cost ofliquidity is the key factor determining whether or not the flow of decisions they make,the lower the cost flow more easily select flow.In the flow of the process,due to their lack of human capital,factors such as the presence of language barriers exchange,track the flow of migrants Qinghai Tibetan gradient distribution,and the track is shorter.After flowing into the city,Qinghai Tibetan migrants are in two basic labor market,specific performance: the lack of professional skills,low wages,job insecurity.Due to factors such as income level and language barriers,they have a low degree of integration in their current location.
