With the arrival of the knowledge age,the demand of the modern society for knowledge and the requirement for the comprehensive quality of individuals are getting higher and higher.In order to adapt to the development of society,individuals should constantly learn new knowledge.Learning to learn autonomously is a key issue for people to adapt to social development.Autonomous learning ability is the foundation of individual learning and the main learning mode of learning society.After a new round of basic education curriculum reform in China,education has become an important part of education system.On the target of education,education will no longer be the main task of teaching knowledge,but to cultivate students' independent learning consciousness and develop students' autonomous learning ability as their primary goal.However,in the moment,pupils' autonomous learning ability is still relatively low.Therefore,we should analyze the factors that affect the independent learning ability of primary school students.Domestic and foreign relevant research in the impacting factors of autonomous learning ability of autonomous learning for us study provides the basis,the existing studies mostly discusses from some aspects of student,school,family,society influence on students' autonomous learning,less likely to study the effect of school management to the autonomous learning ability.This paper discusses how to improve the independent learning ability of primary school students from the perspective of school management.In this paper,middle and high grade pupils in primary school as the research object,the pupils' autonomous learning ability as the breakthrough point.Through the analysis of middle and high grade pupils' autonomous learning ability,the empirical research of the current school management in the G primary school and the influence on the autonomous learning ability,put forward the corresponding policy and recommendations.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part,introduction,introduction of the research background and related literature review.The second part,the research design,states the problem concept and research thought.In the third part,the statistical analysis of the independent learning ability of the senior students in the G primary school,and the difference analysis of the students' gender,the only child,the class cadre,grade level and grades.The fourth part,statistical analysis was made on the management status of the G primary school.The fifth part,conclusion and suggestion,summarize the above research and put forward corresponding policy and suggestions.The last part,conclusion.Review and summarize he research of this paper.
