| The key to the modernization of social governance in the new era is to build an emerging community.The core of the emerging community is diversity.In other words,Social governance technology gathers a lot of interest requirements,and needs social worker to help management.This is a process of adaptation to change.It has the characteristics of multivariate,strength agglomeration and open linkage.As a whole,the overall level of community governance in China is low.China's community governance does not lack the concept of "flexibility",and lacks the technology of "transformation".And the social work is born with the need to return to the residents and the acquired characteristics of collaborative social governance.Social worker plays "technical worker",social worker service is "technical work".Social worker technology combines multiple participation subjects and integrates its governance technology to improve the service speed and quality of community service.Besides,in order to realize the community governance in China,social workers explore technology and governance by constructing a good interactive relationship between multiple subjects.Based on this,This research uses field investigation and participation observation method.The author participated in the "Tongjian Tongzhi" project of Jiyuqiao street,Wuhan city,Hubei province,and was in contact with fellow workers,community residents and community residents in order to obtain a large amount of first-hand data and information,and clear relations between government,community and community to explore new mechanisms for our country's local governance.Besides,the analytical method of this study is qualitative analysis.The author summarizes and analyzes the relevant information obtained in the project of Tongjian Tongzhi project in Jiyuqiao street,Wuhan city in order to understand the difficulty of social worker service under the project index.This study is based on the concept and analytical framework of variation and correlation.First,the problems existing in social service index orientation are studied.The problem consists of four aspects:the government does not cooperate,the community disapproves,the resident does not integrate,the social worker does not cooperate.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons of social service dilemma from the two dimensions of goal and technology.The reasons include four aspects:obedience technology,attachment technology,attraction technology,and borrowing technology.In the end,Social workers in order to efficiently complete the social work services,,innovative service way,explore new technology of community governance,enhance the ability of transformation,and maintain professional independence and subjectivity,Build a holistic governance framework to form a collaborative governance process and foster integrated governance skills.From the above three aspects,the author tentatively explores the technology integration strategy of social worker service index.This study is based on literature review,field investigation and practical observation.The author has made the following two findings:First,it is necessary to adapt to the integration of research social workers and community interaction,and to innovate the practical path of professional practice.The first-line social workers summarized service experience,developed professional service logic,improved service skills to focus on the development prospect of social workers,namely the construction of professional autonomy.The second is the integrated innovation community governance technology system Social workers' professional ideas and technical approaches are integrated into the community governance technology system.Government,community,and social workers are integrated in service practice.In order to innovate the technology of community governance,the main bodies help each other and integrate the technology.Finally,community governance achieves win-win and modernization. |
