The senior high school stage is the golden period of the socialization process of high school students,and it is also an important period for the development of mental health.The level of psychological development of high school students is closely related to whether they can form a harmonious and harmonious heterosexual relationship with heterosexual peers,and is therefore of concern to educational practitioners and theoretical researchers.According to the requirements of the Outline for Secondary School Students' Moral Education,the head teacher must comprehensively use various forms in the daily class management work to promote the development of mental health of high school students and to cultivate the high quality and behavior of high school students.The position of the head teacher in the school education and the responsibility he has assumed determine that the head teacher should actively play a guiding role in high school students' heterosexual communication.How the head teacher guides the high school students in the opposite sex to communicate effectively and how to improve the problems that arise in the guidance process is a problem that all high school class teachers must consider.However,the status is not optimistic.According to the records of the interviews conducted by the head teachers of the Middle School High School in Shenzhen and the high school in Shenzhen Experimental School during the period of the education internship,it was found that the responsibility of the head teacher in assuming the development of high school students' mental health was flawed.The specific manifestation was that the class teacher was actually guiding the high school.There are many problems in working with students in the opposite sex.Due to the lack of practical experience for the headteachers to carry out guidance work,the class teacher as a guide to guide the method of lack of scientific and guide the existence of a single place and other issues,seriously affecting high school students to grasp the skills of the opposite sex and mental health development level.This thesis investigates and researches this issue.First of all,it emphasizes the importance of the teacher-director guiding high school students in the work of the opposite sex.It also records the problems and related reasons in the course of the class director' s guidance through on-the-spot investigations.Through the analysis of the causes,it proposes that the class teacher guide the high school students to direct the students of the opposite sex.Related measures.According to Noddings Care Theory,Needs Level Theory and Attribution Theory and other relevant theories,in addition to constantly optimizing the guiding environment,I proposed relevant improvement measures,that is,the head teacher must follow the corresponding principle requirements in guiding the high school students in the process of the opposite sex.The implementation of the specific methods of guidance,broaden the effective channels for guidance,and improve the level of teacher-directed guidance of high school students in the opposite sex,and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting the development of mental health of high school students.
