Research On The Regional Education Development Plan

Compared with the actual demand of economic and social development for talent cultivation,the urgent expectation of the people for the development of education and the realization of personal value,there is still a big gap between the formulation level and the implementation effect of regional education development plan in China.In light of regional economic,social and cultural characteristics and needs,it is only by scientifically formulating and correctly implementing regional educational development plans that we can promote the sustainable and healthy development of regional education,provide a good talent reserve for regional economic and social development and create good conditions for individual self-realization.So taking C district in wuhan as an example,mainly in the previous study of regional education development plan and reviewed to analyze the C district people concerned on the basis of investigation and interview,analyzes the current problems of regional education development planning,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In the first part of the thesis,the background,present situation,content and method,meaning and value of the thesis are expounded.This dissertation mainly introduces the origin of the current regional education planning,analyzes the history and achievements of the research at home and abroad,and gives a comprehensive introduction to the specific contents and methods of the research.On this basis,it explains the significance of this article from four aspects.The second part mainly defines the regional education development plan,and summarizes and analyses the problems in the planning and implementation.This paper mainly explains the meaning of five aspects in defining the concept of regional education development planning,and clarifies its value from three aspects:purpose,time and region.This paper focuses on the problems of regional education development planning in different subject level,quality of planning text,ignoring the particularity of education and imperfect implementation mechanism.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the above part of the problem.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the lack of theoretical research,the lack of the main body of the participants in the formulation process,the imperfect planning team,the imperfect safeguard mechanism,the misorientation and the failure to carry out the concept of sustainable development.The fourth part mainly put forward the countermeasures to improve the effect of regional education development planning.Respectively from the sustainable development of regional education clearly positioning,and promote the regional education development plan to participate in the model,the condition to realize the optimization of regional education planning,reflect the regional education personalized pursuit,improve effect and the implementation of regional education development plan to strengthen the construction of regional education development planning team and base focuses on six aspects in this paper.The main purpose of this dissertation is to promote further research on regional education development plans,to improve the level of formulation and implementation of regional education development plans,to give full play to the role of regional education development plans in leading and promoting the healthy,rapid and scientific development of education in all regions,and to make the training of talents more suitable to the needs of regional economy and society.
