The task of cultivating high quality teaching staff was put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Preschool teachers are the special educational group during the period of people’s enlightenment.High quality teaching staff not only play a significance role in children’s physical and mental development,but also have a big influence on the healthy development of the preschool education career in our country.The students who are major in preschool education in the secondary vocational school are the reserve army of the preschool teachers in the future,whose moral accomplishment and professional identity are directly related to the quality and stability of preschool teaching staff in our country.On the one hand,moral quality is the core of people’s basic accomplishment,so ethical accomplishment determines the right orientation of occupational values for the professional preschool education students,which is the base and premise of their stable career development.On the other hand,professional identity provides the gist for the expectation of preschool teaching career and the driving force of firm option for the students,which is the reflection of their moral quality.Therefore,for the students in the secondary vocational preschool education,the cultivation of moral accomplishment and professional identity is the necessary requirement to carry out of the scientific quality concept of education,which has a great significance meaning in the construction of high quality preschool teachers.Through the research on the students whose major is preschool education in Minquan County Occupation Technology Education School,there are several serious phenomena to be found,such as,the benefit seeking of occupational values,the weakness of occupational identity and the lack of the sense of occupational responsibility.The three reasons are as follows.Firstly,the school places great emphasis on the professional and neglects the education of moral quality.Secondly,because of the limitation of students’age,cultural accomplishment and values,these students just regard the preschool education work as a means of entering a higher school and seeking employment,and they lack the sense of professional mission and the pursuit of professional ideal for the preschool education.Thirdly,the old-fashioned and single educational approach which is separated from the students’life experience and cognitive ability affects the timeliness of education.To improve the moral accomplishment and promote professional identity for the students in the secondary vocational preschool education,first of all,the function of ideological and political education should be exerted.The education of vocational values for the preschool teacher students in the professional technical secondary school should be strengthened and the noble vocational moral sentiment should be cultivated.It is significant for them to strengthen the education of their sense of professional mission and to establish the professional dedication of devotion of the faithful preschool education.The education about preschool education students’professional responsibility should be enhanced and they should take the responsibility for taking care of the children’s physical and mental health growth.Secondly,for the students in the secondary vocational preschool education,the cultivation of the channels about the students’moral quality and professional identity should be expanded actively and it is important to help these students have a better career planning and establish the accurate career orientation and explicit career goal.These students should set a good example of professional preschool teachers and conduct the preschool teacher’s personality and professional feelings through their words and deeds.By using the infiltration of campus culture,the cultural atmosphere of advocating preschool education should be formed.At the same time,it cannot be ignored to improve the teaching method,to choose the teaching method that is suitable for the vocational students and preschool education,and to improve the effectiveness about the teaching of ideological and moral accomplishment and professional identity.
