Ordinary high school level examination is not only the inheritance and innovation of the original examination,it is also an important component of the new college entrance examination,have the identification and selection of the new college entrance examination function.From 2004,the author puts forward the concept of ordinary high school proficiency test to 2014 ordinary high school proficiency test in gradually spread throughout all the provinces.Since 2014,the ordinary high school proficiency test were included in the college entrance examination system,in the pilot provinces,the provinces have issued their implementation scheme.Prepared version of the implementation plan with Zhe,Hu,Su,Wan version of scheme comparison,from the examination subjects and categories,scope and method,the test time arrangement,the exam results presented and its application in college admissions analyze the four aspects of the implementation of the five provinces and cities in every aspect both similarities and unique.A detailed reading through the plan,found that the average high school level test plan,overall very good,but there are still some problems,including: independently choose exam for students choose to take an examination of hesitation psychological problems,take an examination of speculation;Eligibility examination results in "qualified and the unqualified" exists in the present and in five grades respectively too loose and too strict;A hierarchical level there is supposed the way of the examination results fraction inversion,the question of difficult to accurately distinguish between talents;Expression of fuzzy number of optional subjects exam in the file,it is advisable to take an examination of a or it is advisable to take an examination of two problems;How ordinary high school level test scores used in college recruit students,optional subjects exam results included in the university entrance exam grade.According to the analysis of these problems,puts forward the following countermeasures.First,must choose correct students' bad psychological,dispel to choose take an examination of hesitation and speculative psychology test;Secondly,for eligibility examination results,if result in "qualified and the unqualified",difficult to grasp the appropriate proposition,formulate qualified marks;If the scores in grade score rating approach should be adopted;For grade exam results,should be in Hu and Zhe level assign points way make improvements to its,on the basis of a more standard way of position evaluation,which modify the bare of the proportion of people who at all levels,make the overall score distribution form is more close to the normal distribution;Again,choose subjects exam if exam twice,because the equivalent processing does not reach the designated position and the high cost of the exam,so it is not recommended,or in the exam again,it is advisable to.Combined with the countermeasures for the existing and plan to revise,designed a more reasonable level of ordinary high school examination and implementation plan.Since high school students,until they attended the unified college entrance examination,overall plan their studies in three years,such as the course arrangement,semester arrangement,and elaborates on the details of their education level exam every year to participate in arrangements,such as the test time arrangement,subjects arrangement,exam records,eligibility examination results in the use of college admissions,grade examination results included in the way of the college entrance examination grade and so on.The hierarchical test scores points are assigned in the partial absorption Zhe edition revised on the basis of the level,supposed way at all levels within the number of proportion of normally distributed.This plan of design to the principle of "science" to "fair" value appeal,for ordinary high school proficiency test in three years of the detailed arrangement of the concept of "science",assigned to a hierarchical test scores points and included in the design of the university entrance exam grade through the concept of "fair".
