| In recent years,with the proposed "Double-class" university,colleges and universities have started to build first-class universities.The construction of "double class" in colleges and universities is bound to bring great changes to the internal environment of colleges and universities,accordingly,to build first-class teachers and promote the professional development of college teachers can not be neglected.Faced with the construction of "double-class" universities and the creation of "first-class" teachers,the current university teachers ’professional development,what kind of changes and needs,have become a problem worthy of study.On the basis of a large number of literature readings,this paper designs questionnaires,carries out a preliminary test and forms a formal questionnaire through several interviews with experts.Through data collection,empirical analysis,the present situation of college teachers ’ professional development and the relevant data of demand are mastered.In the present situation of college teachers ’ professional development,from the overall situation of college teachers,most college teachers have a solid basic teaching skills and a higher level of instruction.Compared with this,the education technology which is represented by MU class and Micro class is the weak link of most college teachers.The level of professional knowledge of the teachers in the male colleges and universities is higher,the teachers ’ groups and the cointermeasures of the college teachers are higher,the cointermeasures of the college teachers are higher than the professional affective level.In the aspect of college teachers ’ professional development demand,from the overall situation of college teachers ’ professional development needs,the demand of "classroom popularity","social status","Organizational identity" and "colleague identification" is the highest in four aspects.The teachers ’ groups in female colleges and universities,the teachers ’ groups with the promotion of the professional titles,the college teachers with the intention to promote their academic qualifications,and the teachers ’ groups with administrative duties have higher requirements in professional knowledge.Male college Teachers group,Cointermeasures College Teachers Group,there is a higher degree of promotion of academic qualifications of teachers groups in the professional skills of the demand is high.According to the results of this study,three policy recommendations are put forward: firstly,according to the needs of different teachers’ groups,we should meet the needs of teachers ’ professional development.Secondly,the society and the University should provide corresponding conditions to meet the requirements of teachers ’ professional development in colleges and universities.Third,Colleges and universities should help teachers to develop correct career planning to improve teachers ’ professional development level. |
