The Teaching Design Of Career Planning For Fresh Students In The New College Entrance Examination

In 2014,implementation opinions of the state council on deepening examination and enrollment reform were introduced..After the college entrance examination reformed in Shanghai and Zhejiang province,the new college entrance examination system has been implemented in shandong province since 2017.The maximum change in the new college entrance examination is the replacement of the previous liberal subdivision scheme with the professional guiding "3 out of 6" test mode.The examination results of the college entrance examination are composed of Chinese,mathematics and foreign languages as well as the three from geography,history,Ideological and moral,biology,physics and chemistry.This is the so-called "3+3"(compulsory subject + optional course)model,and the graded examination subjects will be selected according to their interests and specialties,combined with the requirements of the college entrance examination.This new mode of college entrance examination fully respects students’ main body status,and their "professional orientation" examination mode requires students to know their own personality characteristics,interest characteristics and professional guidance..Put forward the planning for a career of the student development path,and force the ordinary high school to take a self-examination and reshape the career planning education.How to implement the student’s choice to help students select the subject in accordance with their own interests,abilities and personality characteristics,is the most important procedure in career planning education.Classroom teaching is facing all the students in the main channel of career development guidance,career planning teaching for high school students can implement the contents of career planning,so under the background of the new college entrance examination to carry out the teaching of high school career planning for the cultivation of high school students self-perception,professional exploration,career decision-making and professional management hasimportant significance.However,the current high school career planning courses which are applicable to the new college entrance examination reform are scarce,which makes it clear that the teaching of career planning in senior high school is relatively clear.So high school students need to have a more comprehensive understanding of college professional and the profession of the relationship between social profession,this makes the career planning of high grade teaching is particularly urgent.This research focuses on the model of the new college entrance examination reform,and combines the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development and relevant theories of career planning to carry out career planning teaching design.The content of teaching design includes two modules of self-exploration and career exploration,including interest,ability,personality and value cognition under the self-exploration module,including professional exploration and career exploration under the professional exploration module.The teaching objectives are sorted out in the teaching design,including the overall objectivel,the stage objective and the specific teaching objectives under each theme.The key points under each theme are clarified.The teaching method based on experiential teaching is determined.The teaching process,teaching reflection and teaching suggestions under each theme are presented.The application of this set of teaching design has played a better role in the teaching of students’ career planning in the Middle school of shandong normal university and Jinan middle school,and has played a critical role in accelerating the students’ development in an all-around way.And for mental health education of professional degree graduate students to master scientific career planning teaching system in advance design,a line of high school teachers’ career planning teaching,the teacher in charge of mental health and the development of other subjects related to teaching can also provide reference.
