| In education,we often find that many students are confused when they choose their major voluntarily.Even some students don’t like their major but find it hard to change after they go to university.This is due to the lack of high school career planning education,the reform of the new college entrance examination requires the implementation of students’ right of choice,and students’ ability of planning is more important.Senior high school students have no time,conditions and ability to make decisions about the future of choice and planning,so this paper based on senior high school students career planning education seriously missing the status and needs of research.First of all,through the literature study of high school students at home and abroad career education comparative analysis of the Status Quo,found that foreign career planning education started early,the curriculum system is perfect.In recent years,with the implementation of the new college entrance examination,the education of senior middle school has gradually begun to explore,and has not yet formed a universal educational method and curriculum system.Secondly,senior high school students and senior high school biology teachers were used to survey the status quo of senior high school students’ career Planning Education and senior high school biology teaching infiltration of the status of career planning education and made an analysis,it is found that high school students’ career planning education faces many problems and challenges.In addition,this paper also analyzes the necessity and urgency of career planning education in senior high school from the perspectives of the transformation of educational goals,the requirements of the new college entrance examination for students’ career planning and their cognition of self-development,and the actual needs of students themselves.Because the time allocation of senior high school education is mainly in the subject teaching,this paper proposes to infiltrate the Career Planning Education into senior high school biology teaching.First of all,this paper analyzes the relationship and function between biology and career planning education from the content,thinking and core accomplishment of biology in senior high school,and puts forward some concrete teaching cases.Secondly,the author combines his own teaching experience analysis of high school biology teachers in career planning education and students’ life development can play an important role.It is an effective way to permeate high school biology classroom with career planning education,but there are some problems such as policy orientation,time allocation and lack of resources.Based on the content and learning situation of the textbook,this paper puts forward five principles,concrete and feasible strategies and teaching design cases of infiltrating career planning education into biology classroom in senior high school.In addition,biology teachers can help students understand and plan their careers by offering biology-related school-based courses or conducting biology-related career surveys with extra-curricular guidance.Finally,this paper puts forward other ways to carry out high school career planning education,including school,family and society.Schools should proceed from the overall situation and pay attention to the promotion of Career Planning Education for senior high school students,to strengthen the education of career planning,we should make use of the work of head teacher to carry out the education of students’ career development,and invite the staff of different professions to come to the school regularly to give lectures.In the aspect of child discipline,this paper investigates the current situation of family participation in students’ career planning education,and analyzes the relationship between family participation and students’ clarity of career planning education.Career Education is of course inseparable from social support,relevant departments should improve policies and guidance,strengthen the publicity and popularization of policy and professional knowledge,through the "Second Education Base" for students to understand the platform and resources of career.In addition,career Planning Education also needs the support of other disciplines and technology,such as big data analysis,the use of psychological assessment software,career choice simulation or volunteer filling simulation system development,and so on.Based on the characteristics of senior high school education and the demands of career planning,this paper puts forward the measures and other implementation strategies for the infiltration of senior high school biology teaching into career planning education,it is hoped that the study will resonate with other disciplines,schools,families and the society,and enable senior high school students to start their career planning education as soon as possible under the opportunity of the reform of the college entrance examination,so that they can determine their own development goals earlier,more calmly choose their own life,and strive to become a useful person to the country,the nation,the society. |
