Action Research On Teacher Using Education Discipline In Junior High School

In junior high school class management,many teachers often adopt more severe disciplinary methods for class violators,such as humiliating discipline,derogatory discipline,warning discipline and corporal discipline.And such severe discipline will harm students' body and mind and aggravate the contradiction between teachers and students.Therefore,this study attempts to replace simple and violent discipline with a mild discipline and proposes the following research hypothesis: Disciplinary object,scope,time,strength,limits and conditions such as element combination ably,properly using implicit criticism,substitute discipline,psychological contract,natural consequences,such as strategy,make the discipline is nondestructive students physical and mental health,and causes the student to enlightenment.According to the existing research hypothesis,the following strategies are adopted in the action.First,implicit criticism,which implies criticism in positive praise.Second,substitute discipline,which is to make up for the loss caused by bad behavior.Third,psychological contract,namely,the teachers and students to implement the discipline on the basis of psychological consensus.Fourth,natural consequences,that is to assume the consequences of wrong behavior.In the course of action,the investigation records were carried out by the methods commonly used in action research,such as researcher's diary,video diary,anecdote record and interview.Combining the teacher's teaching diary and the researcher's observation diary,the problems existing in the implementation of the investigation,positive reflection on the deficiencies in the research of action,find out the reasons,make a reasonable explanation and adjust the plan,and revise and adjust the education discipline strategy.Finally,action research was evaluated based on the educational,ethical and effectiveness criteria of education.Although the mild education discipline does not apply to all students,in general,this discipline has an irreplaceable advantage in other disciplines.Mild education discipline is more humane,it can avoid conflict between teachers and students,and the effect of educating people is better.The research shows that education discipline has value rationality,which is reflected in the necessity,legitimacy and humanity education.In the education discipline,to pinpoint disciplinary object,to establish disciplinary scope,to find disciplinary timing,to grasp disciplinary intensity,to regulate disciplinary limits and to cautiously use disciplinary language can better realize strategically skills of education discipline.
