Large class size refers to the phenomenon that the actual number of students in a class exceeds the rated number of students in a class.Generally speaking,the number of students is 56 or more,which is called large class size.At present,due to various reasons,the large class size of urban schools still exists.Large class teaching not only affects the quality of teaching,but also increases the difficulty of discipline management.Based on this,this paper studies the action of classroom discipline management in large class.Before the action research,through the investigation of the third grade students in the first primary school of Z County,Guizhou Province,it is found that there are some problems in the current large class classroom discipline management,such as too loose classroom discipline management,single discipline management method,lack of normative classroom discipline management and so on.In order to solve this problem,we launched three rounds of action research.In the first round,three class meetings with the theme of "classroom discipline" were held to guide students to be school spokesmen,clarify the class system,and adopt the form of mutual supervision to urge students to abide by discipline.This round of research has some improvement on students' loose management and lack of standardization.However,it finds that the classroom atmosphere is dull and students' enthusiasm for participation is low.In the second round,it focuses on rich and diversified teaching content,creates teaching content scenarios and attracts students' attention.This round of research has improved the dull classroom atmosphere.It is found that due to the large number of students,teachers lack of evaluation and feedback on students' enthusiasm;in the third round,full use of the group assessment and evaluation mechanism,students' active participation in classroom teaching activities is effectively evaluated,and students' conscious compliance with discipline is promoted,with good results in this round.Through three rounds of action research,for the primary school large class classroom discipline management,has played a very obvious effect,and then from the activity program design,evaluation and other aspects,put forward methods and Countermeasures to improve the classroom discipline,in order to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of large class,at the same time,provide some reference and reference for related research and application.
