| Good classroom discipline is an important guarantee for effective teaching,but also a necessary precondition for personality of students for society.Loss of education value and less of prevention of traditional classroom discipline,in addition to seriousness and repetition of rural junior high school classroom disciplinary activities are making for rural junior high school classroom discipline research more important.How to prevent and correct the rural junior high school classroom behavior has become an important topic in classroom management.On the basis of previous studies,this study uses junior high school students of Hebei Luanxian Fan as the research object and uses classroom observation,questionnaire surveys and educational experiments as research methods to learn more about the status of the rural junior high school classroom discipline,to excavate causes of rural junior high school classroom discipline and to put forward practical solutions.Preface:From a theoretical perspective,this study has summed up research results of classroom behavior,including the core concept,the causes,etc..Partâ… :Using students of Luanxian Fan Middle School in Hebei Province as the research object,using classroom observation as research method,this study has explored status quo of rural junior high school classroom discipline from three aspects of the frequency(the number of disciplinary activities happened),intensity(the severity of the violations),dimension (students' number).Partâ…¡:Using a questionnaire survey method,this study has analyzed reasons of rural junior high school classroom discipline from the three elements of education(teachers, students,the impact of education).The results showed that the emergence of disciplinary offenses in the rural junior high school has been made by a variety of reasons,including students,teachers and education affect.First,the reasons for students come from the cognitive factors,emotional factors,will factors,study factors,etc;Second,the reasons for teachers come from teaching attitude,teaching methods, management,evaluation,etc; Third,the reasons for impact of education are attributable to the classroom atmosphere, teacher-student relationship,parental rearing styles,negative mass media,etc;Partâ…¢:According to reasons of disciplinary offense,this study has put forward practical means of corrective strategies,including two aspects:First,students will formalize self-control ability of students to classroom disciplinary shift from external control internalization by changing students' cognitive,adjusting students' emotion,training students' will,managing students' study.Second,teachers will improve the ability to prevent violations of classroom discipline from response to prevention by establishing teachers' rational authority,formulating democratic classroom rules,creating a good classroom atmosphere,setting up a harmonious teacher-student relationship and to working together with parents. |
